Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

Sri Varahi Facility Management Services provides professional Facility Management Services including Security Services, Housekeeping Services, Manpower Supply, Electrical Maintenance, Plumbing, Pest Control, Gardening, Pool Cleaning, and Deep Cleaning Services across Bangalore & Karnataka.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing service cancellations, refunds, manpower contracts, and advance payments.

2. Service Contract Nature

Most services provided by Sri Varahi Facility Management Services are contractual and manpower-based in nature. Once staff are deployed, operational, administrative, and statutory costs are incurred.

Therefore, refunds and cancellations are subject to the terms mentioned below.

A. Manpower Contract Cancellation Policy

(For Security Guards, Housekeeping Staff, Technical Staff, Labour Supply)

3. Cancellation Before Deployment

If the client cancels the service:

• Within 24 hours of booking and before staff deployment → Eligible for partial refund.
• After manpower recruitment and processing has begun → Administrative charges may be deducted.

Refundable amount (if applicable) will exclude:

• Documentation processing charges
• Recruitment & verification expenses
• Statutory compliance costs

4. Cancellation After Deployment

If manpower has already been deployed:

• A minimum notice period of 30 days is required for contract termination.
• The client must provide written notice via email or official letter.
• Charges for the notice period are payable as per agreement.

Advance payments for the active billing cycle are non-refundable once services have commenced.

5. Immediate Termination by Client

If the client requests immediate termination without notice:

• Payment for ongoing month/service period must be cleared.
• Any statutory dues applicable for deployed staff must be settled.

B. Short-Term & Project-Based Services

(Deep Cleaning, Pest Control, Pool Cleaning, One-Time Maintenance)

6. Cancellation Before Service Date

• 48+ hours before scheduled service → Eligible for rescheduling or partial refund.
• Less than 24 hours before service → Cancellation charges may apply.

If team has already been dispatched, mobilization charges will be applicable.

7. Refund Processing Timeline

If eligible for refund:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
• Refunds will be issued via original payment mode (Bank Transfer / UPI / Cheque).

C. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

• Service dissatisfaction without written complaint during service period.
• Misuse or misconduct towards deployed staff.
• Force majeure events (natural calamities, government restrictions, emergencies).
• Termination without required notice period (for manpower contracts).

D. Replacement Policy

Sri Varahi Facility Management Services provides staff replacement in case of:

• Performance issues
• Absenteeism
• Health issues
• Client dissatisfaction

Replacement will be arranged within a reasonable time frame as per agreement.

E. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes related to cancellation or refunds:

• Parties agree to attempt mutual resolution.
• Jurisdiction shall be Bangalore, Karnataka.
• Any disputes will be subject to applicable Indian laws.

F. Policy Modifications

Sri Varahi Facility Management Services reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy without prior notice.

Clients are advised to review the policy periodically.
