Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by Sri Varahi Facility Management Services across Bangalore & Karnataka. By engaging our services, clients agree to comply with these terms.

2. Scope of Services

We provide professional services including Security Services, Housekeeping Services, Manpower Supply, Electrical Maintenance, Plumbing, Pest Control, Gardening, Pool Cleaning, and Deep Cleaning & Sanitization.

The detailed scope of work shall be defined in the service agreement or quotation shared with the client.

3. Service Agreement

All long-term or manpower-based services shall be governed by a written agreement specifying duration, number of staff, duties, working hours, and payment terms.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide safe working conditions for deployed staff.
• Ensure access to premises and required facilities.
• Make timely payments as per agreed billing cycle.
• Communicate complaints or service issues in writing.

5. Payment Terms

• Invoices must be cleared within the agreed credit period.
• Delay in payment may attract late fees or suspension of services.
• Statutory charges such as GST shall be applicable as per law.

6. Manpower Deployment

All deployed staff remain employees of Sri Varahi Facility Management Services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We ensure statutory compliance including applicable labour laws, ESI, PF, and other regulations as required.

7. Replacement Policy

In case of absenteeism, performance issues, or client dissatisfaction, we shall provide suitable replacement within a reasonable time frame.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sri Varahi Facility Management Services shall not be held liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses.
• Losses arising from force majeure events.
• Damages caused by factors beyond reasonable control.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information shared during the course of service engagement.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice as per agreed contract terms. Notice period conditions and final settlement shall apply.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka courts.

13. Policy Updates

Sri Varahi Facility Management Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
